English Classes in Mozambique

The first row of pictures are at the Matola chapel -- we teach there every Thursday -- the class members are mostly young people -- eager to learn -- and lots of fun. Elder Reghin, a senior missionary, from Brazil is the main teacher and he keeps them going -- I mostly pronounce the words so that the class learns English in a native speakers accent (and not a Brazilian accent :-)
The next row of pictures were taken at the Maputo chapel -- these are some of the students and the last picture is of Elders Clark and Tarazon (I cannot teach without translators--so I am given wonderful young Elders to assist me.)
Today is a special day in Mozambique -- there is going to be THE FIRST EVER Girls Camp for the Young Women in the Maputo District -- should be fun -- it will be held at the T-3 Chapel which is very large (used to be a warehouse) and has a large field. I will take pictures to record this inaugural event.
Have a great week end -- Pat, Mom, Grandma, Sister Wick
